What other shipping options are available?

As an alternative to standard shipping option, we can ship your domestic or international order using any major shipping company including UPS, Fedex, and DHL. Please email or contact us for specific information and pricing.

How do I track my package?

If your order was shipped using our standard domestic and international shipping methods you will be unable to track your shipment, as tracking is not a feature of that particular carrier's service. If your shipment is being sent though USPS Express Mail/Global Priority or through any other carrier such as FedEx, UPS, of DHL Worldwide, you will be able to track your package by visiting their respective websites and entering your tracking number. If you don't already have your order tracking number, please contact us.

Can I get overnight delivery?

Yes! For domestic orders, we recommend using United States Postal Service Express Mail. This service provides guaranteed next-day delivery to MOST locations and is the most cost-effective in comparison to other major carriers with similar service plans. To upgrade your shipping option to USPS Express Mail, simply add an additional $10 to your original standard shipping fee. USPS Express Mail shipments are also trackable by phone or the web, and unlike most other carriers, can be sent to PO Boxes.

For international customers, overnight delivery can be prohibitively expensive, though 2-3 day shipping options may be more affordable. Please contact us for information and rates.

Is there a cut-off time for overnight delivery orders? (and other considerations...)

In order to get your overnight order out on time, we'll need to receive your order by 5.00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). It is important that you place your overnight order with us by phone so that we can check availability on your items, etc. Due to possible mail server lag times, we cannot guarantee overnight shipment on orders sent through our online ordering system.

Customs and Import Duties Information

For international customers: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Repetrope.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
