What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as checks and money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located along the bottom. Please make checks or money orders payable to Repetrope Productions, Inc.

Is your website store secure? Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What other ordering methods do I have to choose from?

In addition to our online ordering system, you can also send us your order via phone, fax, or postal mail. To order by phone, call us toll-free at 1.800.948.6223. If you're outside of the U.S., call us at 1.813.251.2469.

To order by fax or postal mail simply select the videos you'd like to order on our website placing them in the online shopping cart. When you are finished selecting all the videos you'd like to order select 'check-out'. You will be taken to a screen for the type of payment you'd like to make. On this screen there will be several options for ordering by mail. Click the order by mail selection you prefer and then fill in your name, address, etc. on the order form and then hit 'submit'. This will give you a page with your total, including shipping, our address to send your payment, plus an order form with the name of the videos you can print out and mail or fax to us with your payment.

What are my shipping options and costs?

U.S. CUSTOMERS
All domestic orders are shipped using United States Postal Service First Class or 3-4 day Priority Mail at $5 per video and a flat shipping fee of $15.00 for three (3) or more videos. Other shipping options are available, and are outlined in detail on our shipping policies page.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All internatinal orders are shipped using international airmail at $5 per video and a flat shipping fee of $15.00 for three (3) or more videos. Other shipping options are available, and are outlined in detail on our shipping policies page.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 4 business days and are usually shipped during that period, depending on item availability. Using our standard shipping methods described above, U.S. customers typically receive their videos 1-2 weeks after placing their order. International customers can expect to receive their orders 2-3 weeks after shipment. For all orders, please note that the following factors make up the total delivery time:

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I request overnight delivery?

Yes! We can accomodate overnight delivery requests on most orders. Please refer to our shipping policy guide for more information.

Do you sell international-format videos?

Our DVDs have no regional restrictions and will play on NTSC-capable DVD players worldwide. Our entire inventory is available in the PAL VHS video format for European and other international customers using this video system in their country. Each video is an additional $10 and can be purchased through any of our video item information pages.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the ease of home video duplication, exchanges or refunds are limited to the replacement of defective videotapes. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Are the images on your site photograph scans or actual video stills?

All of the images you see on our site were taken directly from video.

Do you sell photo stills?

No, we only retail video.

Can I repost your images on another website or messageboard?

Repetrope.com allows limited re-posting of pictures from the Repetrope.com website on other message boards, blogs and websites based on the conditions listed below. Our content is protected by international copyright law. It is necessary for us to control the distribution of our content in order to protect our copyright status.

• No more than 2 or 3 pictures of any one bodybuilder may be posted by any user on any message board, blog or other website.
• No single message board post, blog post or web page may contain pictures of more than 2 or 3 bodybuilders (limited to 2 or 3 pictures of each of those bodybuilders). That is, a total of no more than 9 pictures in any one posting or web page.
  
• All pictures must have the original copyright and URL watermark intact on the picture. Pictures must not be cropped, altered, or modified for any purpose.
• Please provide a link back to www.Repetrope.com in all postings of our pictures on other message boards, blogs and websites whenever possible.
  
• Videoclips from Repetrope.com may not be posted on any other message board, blog or website.
  
• Please do not accompany posts of photos with lewd or suggestive comments.
  
• Special exceptions to the above policies may be requested from support@usamuscle.com.
• Our pictures and videoclips may not be used on any commercial website or for any revenue producing purpose without our specific written consent.
  
• We reserve the right to override or alter the guidelines listed above in specific situations that we may find to not be in the best interests of Repetrope.com.

What do you do with my personal information?

Customer information is used for fulfilling orders and for administrative record-keeping purposes and are not given to any third parties. Customers are added to our company announcement mail list, but can choose to opt-out at any time. You can find out more in our complete privacy statement.

Can I special order items?

In addition to our online catalog of national bodybuilding contest videos, Repetrope also covers numerous regional contests in the Florida area. Contact us for more information about these videos.
